Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you have the right to do so in accordance with UK consumer law and the terms outlined below.

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Returns received after 14 days from the date of delivery may be accepted at our discretion and if approved, will be issued as a credit note only.

Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty and sent in error.

Please include delivery note or order details inside the return parcel to ensure your return is processed promptly.
